Phoenix Fitness has two categories for returns for refund and/or exchange. Please refer to either the Large Item policy or Small Item policy for specific details about your purchased item. Please contact us at returns@phoenixfitness.ca with any questions or concerns.

Refund Administration Fee

All refunds of purchases made with 3rd party payment systems, including but not limited to credit cards and PayPal, are subject to a 5% administration fee. When purchases are made with a 3rd party payment system, Phoenix Fitness is charged a transaction fee by the 3rd party payment system. Thus, when refunds are made we are unable to refund that transaction fee that has already been made to the 3rd party payment system. 

Clearance Sale Items

All items listed as clearance are final sale. Refunds on the purchase of clearance items are NOT accepted. Return for credit of clearance items are NOT accepted. However, clearance items are covered by their normal warranty.
