Hi, I am Murray and I’d like to welcome you to the CrossFit Ancaster and Phoenix Fitness Hamilton family. I’m glad you found us.

You were just sent a confirmation email please click the link in that email to validate your membership. If you do not see the email please check your junk mail or spam.
There are a few things you will want to do before you come in to either CrossFit Ancaster or Phoenix Hamilton.

1) Call Phoenix (905)-577-0626 or CrossFit Ancaster (905) 648-6555 and book your first appointment. If you are visiting Phoenix you will be meeting with Leslie.  If you are visiting CrossFit Ancaster you will be meeting your instructor for your first class. You will want to come in a little early for your first appointment.Even though your membership is free there is still a little paperwork for you to fill out.

2) If you are visiting Phoenix please make sure you eat at least 2 hours before your first appointment.

3) Please come dressed for some activity as there will be some activity during your first session.

4) Smile, relax and be proud, your now part of the 18% percent of the population that is taking a proactive approach to their health. Very quickly you will feel energized, strong and healthy.

6) I ask that you really think about what you hope to accomplish while you’re here. Obviously for over the next 30 days but also, hopefully (for both of us) way beyond that as well. We can help you with any of your health, fitness or fat loss goals. Sometimes though it takes you being very specific and very committed to reach those goals.

7) Consider ongoing one on one assistance. One thing I can tell you for sure from my 15 years at Phoenix Fitness is that the members who choose personal training when they first join are more successful over the short and long-term than those who do not. Of course we will do our best to help you either way. But, nothing replaces having an expert by your side to make sure your safe, not wasting your time and always moving forward.
