Classes are suitable for beginners who want to take it slow and ease themselves into exercise to the more serious harder workouts. Our classes are for 14 years of age and over.

Our super air-conditioned aerobics room hosts the most fun, intense and energetic aerobics classes you’ll find in Hamilton. If you’re ready to have fun and get fit in the process, you’ve come to the right place. Various weekly fitness classes will take you to new levels of fitness, muscular conditioning, strength, balance and cardiovascular health.

Ball Blast Interval – Experience the fun of taking the stability ball to a whole new level that combines easy to follow but challenging aerobic moves and strength exercises in intervals, resulting in a great total body workout. This calorie burning, muscle-conditioning workout will excite and delight you as it tones your abs, arms, hips and thighs. Perfect for anyone who seeks a heart pumping, playful, total body workout!!

The Spinning Program – The original and most popular group cycling class, and it’s not just because Spinning is an unmatched way to make your fitness goals a reality. With no complicated moves to learn, top-notch instructors and music that begs your legs to pedal, getting into the best shape of your life has never been more fun. *Special program

Interval Class – High/Low combinations with abdominal exercise taught in interval format and designed to help you work harder to tone and strengthen total body muscles using weights, bands, body weight and/or medicine balls. With concentration on abs, glutes and thighs, this class is a perfect complement to your cardiovascular workout.

Bootcamp – Boot camp classes are challenging, fun, and a great way to get into shape fast… really fast! This boot camp class is packed full of different exercise activities so that you won’t get bored. We will encourage you to do the best you can, making sure that you get the most out of the hour. Open to all levels of fitness, we ensure that you do not push yourself past your capabilities. * may involve entry fees

Step Class– A predominantly high impact activity, which involved stepping up and down on a platform while performing creative choreographic movements to music. Training with energy and power is a favourite to those who like an athletic type of step routine. The instructor will offer options in the workout to suit all levels.

Yoga Classes – In this class you will find physical strength as well as a development of emotional strength that will help you handle the challenges of life with a balanced disposition.

Zumba-Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba Fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
