Hi my first post on my fitness blog post…
So as most of you know I have been cutting this week. I’m not going to lie. Its fucking hard work. I never realized how difficult life on chicken and water could actually be. I dropped almost 7% body fat and 6 pounds. I worked out every morning. My strength stayed about the same but my general energy levels dropped. It was hard work. I didn’t realize how many food adverts are actually on TV. On Saturday morning I hit up CrossFit Ancaster and did fight gone bad. Scored 276 not bad, didn’t puke but dry heaved twice, probably as I had nothing left in my system.

From this I have a lot more respect for people who may have to cut for sport. Its so hard to concentrate to motivate yourself and just continue with daily chores. I feel proud of how I stuck with it.
